Musical Director – Christopher Hann

Christopher began his musical career at an early age when he became a chorister at his local church on the Isle of Wight. After completing a degree in Music Systems Engineering at the University of the West of England, he spent a year as a choral scholar at Portsmouth Cathedral before coming up to Scotland to study at the RSAMD. Away from the RSAMD, Chris sings with various choirs including Glasgow University Chapel Choir, Edinburgh Camerata, Laudibus and the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.

Along with being the Musical Director of the Kilbarchan Singers, Christopher is also Musical Director  of Dieci – an a capella vocal octet based at the RSAMD, who most recently won their category at the Scotland final of BBC Choir of the Year. Future engagements with Dieci include performances at the Balquhidder and Brechin Summer music festivals.
